Three cities. Three finals. One huge night for European football.
UEFA has selected stadiums in Madrid, Frankfurt and Istanbul to stage the finals of its three leading men’s club competitions during the 2026/27 season.
The Champions League, Europa League and Conference League finals will each have a major European venue as their backdrop.

Champions League Final — Madrid
Venue: Estadio Metropolitano, Madrid
Date: June 5, 2027
The home of Atlético Madrid will stage the 2027 UEFA Champions League final.
With a capacity of roughly 70,000, the Madrid stadium will welcome Europe’s biggest club match for the second time.
Its previous Champions League final came in 2019, when Liverpool defeated Tottenham Hotspur 2-0.
The return of the final gives Madrid another opportunity to host one of the biggest events on the European football calendar.
Europa League Final — Frankfurt
Venue: Stadion Frankfurt, Frankfurt
Date: May 26, 2027
Eintracht Frankfurt’s home ground has been selected for the 2027 UEFA Europa League final.
The stadium has considerable experience hosting major international football. It has been used at three FIFA World Cups and staged five matches during UEFA Euro 2024.
Its selection adds another major European fixture to a venue with a long history of big games.
Conference League Final — Istanbul
Venue: Beşiktaş Park, Istanbul
Date: June 2, 2027
The 2027 UEFA Conference League final will take place at Beşiktaş Park, home of Turkish club Beşiktaş.
The stadium holds approximately 40,000 spectators and occupies a striking location beside the Bosphorus.
It has already hosted a major UEFA final—the 2019 UEFA Super Cup—and is scheduled to stage the 2026 Europa League final as well.
Three finals, three football capitals
The three selections give UEFA a diverse set of venues for the 2027 showpiece matches:
- Madrid: Champions League — June 5
- Istanbul: Conference League — June 2
- Frankfurt: Europa League — May 26
For the host cities, the finals promise major international attention. For the stadiums, they add another chapter to their European football history.
And for supporters, the 2026/27 season already has three spectacular destinations waiting at the end of the road.
