Nigerian streamer and content creator Oderhohwo Joseph Efe, popularly known as Carter Efe, has challenged Afrobeats superstar Wizkid to a boxing match.
Carter Efe issued the challenge during an interview with Yanga FM, where he revisited his past relationship with the singer and the success of his hit song “Machala.”

During the interview, Carter Efe claimed that “Machala” played a role in boosting Wizkid’s career.
The song, released as a tribute to the singer, became a major talking point and reached number one, according to Carter Efe.
He said he believes Wizkid should have acknowledged his contribution to the song’s success. According to Carter, the lack of recognition changed how he viewed their relationship.
‘Pay Wizkid $1 million to fight me’
Carter Efe said he would not ask for any payment to participate in a boxing bout against Wizkid.
Instead, he suggested that organizers could pay Wizkid $1 million to enter the ring with him.
In his words, Carter said they should bring Wizkid to the ring and let the two settle their differences through a fight, while insisting that he should not receive any money.
The streamer also maintained that he and Wizkid had shared in the success of “Machala,” but accused the singer of failing to acknowledge his contribution.
