A Lagos State High Court has issued an interim order barring Nollywood actress Elizabeth Lawal, popularly known as Lizzy Anjorin, from publishing or sharing photographs of actress Priscilla Ojo’s one-year-old son on social media.
Justice Yetunde Adesanya made the order on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at the Lagos Judicial Division in Suit No. LD/ADR/6646/2026.
The case was brought by Priscilla Ojo, named in the court documents as Priscilla Ajoke Ojo Mkambala, her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Mussa Mkambala, popularly known as Juma Jux, and their son, Rakeem Mkambala.
Priscilla shared a certified copy of the court order on Instagram on Friday.
Court Restricts Publication of Child’s Photos
Under the interim order, Anjorin was restrained from publishing, posting, circulating, uploading or broadcasting photographs of the child through social media platforms.
The restriction applies not only to Anjorin personally but also to agents, representatives, employees or other persons acting under her authority.
The platforms specifically identified in the order include:

The court’s directive remains in force pending the hearing and determination of the applicants’ substantive motion.
Court Also Restrains Publications About Applicants
The judge issued a separate restriction concerning what the order describes as “editorials” about the applicants.
Anjorin and anyone acting under her authority were directed to stop publishing, posting or broadcasting such material through the social media accounts and platforms identified in the order.
Several accounts allegedly associated with Anjorin were listed in the court document, including Instagram accounts bearing variations of her name and a Facebook page identified as Lizzyanjorin2.
Order Is Interim, Not Final Judgment
The order was granted ex parte, meaning the application was considered at that stage without the respondent being present or heard.
That distinction is important.
The order is an interim measure pending further proceedings. It does not amount to a final ruling on the substantive dispute between the parties.
The court also directed that the case file be returned to the High Court registry for reassignment to the appropriate division.
The order was signed and sealed by Legal Registrar Omokhudu-Omahoin Onivenu and issued under the authority of the court on September 2.
Court Dispute Follows Long-Running Public Feud
The legal development comes amid a prolonged public dispute involving Anjorin and members of Priscilla Ojo’s family, including her mother, actress Iyabo Ojo.
The disagreement has unfolded publicly on social media over the past two years and has previously resulted in a ₦1 billion defamation lawsuit filed by Iyabo Ojo against Anjorin.
More recently, Anjorin has made public statements questioning the parentage of Priscilla Ojo’s son.
Those claims have not been independently verified and are not contained in the interim court order reviewed for this report.
What Happens Next?
Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, the son of Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux, was born in Canada in August 2025.
The latest court order places restrictions on the publication of his photographs and certain material concerning the applicants while the legal proceedings continue.
As of the time of this report, Lizzy Anjorin had not publicly responded to the latest court order.
Further proceedings will determine the next stage of the dispute and whether the interim restrictions are maintained, modified or discharged.
